Is that the line of someone who didn't believe the float was actually 221M? If it is, who was this person trying to fool?
And I don't mean to single you out, army; anyone can search for "float" and see the talk around it in past years and see how the float was locked, tight, etc...when I've mentioned the o/s before I've been told that it doesn't matter, that only the float matters.
