As I suggested before, this is following a similar stock I’m invested in where a new company was formed, there was change in the share structure, financials were audited and included in an S1 filed with the SEC, prospectus for eventual uplist to Nasdaq. Some are familiar with that company and commented about the B shares being a big deal. I have to say I have more respect for the way that other company has handled shareholders in terms of meetings, PR and general information giving. So unless Dr Dalton has something magical up his sleeve I see lots more waiting since the company I referenced had all their documents filed including audits etc of actual subsidiaries not partners and are still waiting on the SEC. So if we are just going to start the process of auditing this actual quarter we are in and create a prospectus S1 to submit to the SEC… months.
