I believe that the scientific side of the equation is the central point of operations...a catalyst that looks like an EAU/trial result completion is more important than who is on the pilot wheel...When we have results...there will be ZERO problem finding a CEO...IF we hire a CEO ahead of information...then whoever is hired... joins the team...already with the knowledge...for the reasons outlined. Anyone looking at the team...wants to know s/he has a winning bench...and a chance at a title win...that's my take...and I am sticking to it.
