I am not sure what you mean by MOA. Method of Action? Confused.
Anyway...you don't think Amarex doesn't know that CYDY is financially running on fumes? CYDY does NOT have all of the leverage here.
A huge studio owed my brothers 7 figures and literally said to them "We owe you XX million dollars. We do. We admit it. Now....come try to get it. We can outlast you."
True story. My brothers took it to arbitration which lasted 7 years! My brothers' attorney had told them "Do you want to spend $700,000 to chase $1,000,000?"
