Is it only Big Pharma that controls everything? How about our military-industrial-intelligence complex? What about our Big Tech-IT? Corporate Fake News Syndicate? Are they just innocent little sheep without a say whether it's time to nuke Moscow or not? Big Pharma do not exist in a vacuum. It's an integral part of the System that controls everything and everyone. And the only way we might still be able to change this is to de-link Power from Money. I don't see any sign of social forces capable of this even ideologically. Big Pharma can feel absolutely safe and keep plundering tiny companies like ours.
