I wonder if some of the converts are hoping to get a piece of 3CL Pharma?
Not all of them are going to come in on Monday and dump if they refused to extend, But as a racist POS would put it AJMOPINDASSCLOWN
Next week will provide quite a bit of clarity.
3CL Pharma deal closed (dead closed is apparently a thing now)
I think it means totally signed sealed and delivered.
The formation of 3CL Pharma as an entity
( already created or in the process now)
Note holders extention or non-extention
If extented, what deal did they make?
Shares of 3CL Pharma?
Shares of AMBS?
Both
Or do they Get Nothing, that is until they sell for a large profit knowing the PH II readout & all of the near term possibilities.
Oh also as for the PH II data, that was only preliminary results, more to come. When is the question.
Oh yeah, also the news update of AMBS. it should be following the 3CL deal closing, but not guaranteed.
Maybe there is more to it than that?
