The deal that non shareholders said was dead, has closed
Marketing campaign has kicked off with Carlos & Cindy Santana out of the shoot. More celebs to come.
The gates have open on what is happening behind the scenes and I like it.
So much so, I am now sitting North of 8M shares, but I did my own DD and didn't get if off a message board. Do your own too or you'll be crying to the CEO every night for you money back like JProstrate
Some are worried that the Note holders are going to sell. So what. You think they are stupid and want to sell for $0.03 when they could sell much higher? Ahhh, why do you think they did the extension in the first place?

"The SEC requires companies to file an 8-K to announce significant events relevant to shareholders. Companies have f our business days to file an 8-K for most specified items."

Thursday, Friday, Monday, Tuesday (do it)
Now is the close of the deal tied to the creation of the subsidiary and they announce it all at once? Maybe...
Maybe that is why no PR today.
Keep in mind the Proactive One2One conference is next Thursday.

Oh what a lovely time to talk about the deal and future plans. I feel everyone and Todos expects Todos and 3CL Pharma will be billion dollar companies. Hey, I do too. That's why I invested
I will say with the interview that investors watched yesterday, I like what I am hearing. That was 30+ minutes of non stop, unedited info. Imagine what Thursday will be?
Oh and that pandemic that is over. I really, really really don't think so. I wish it was. Todos will do well either way, but crazy well with it raging on. Just because US is always a month or so behind AMPEA and EU, doesn't mean it's going to skip your town some how
