We could get news about a new CEO at anytime. I think it's important to remember that the search for a new boss had to start from scratch because this wasn't a planned termination so I don't think 7 weeks is a long time at all.
Experienced biotech CEO candidates who are willing and able to take on a challenging situation with so much going on with trials, financial and legal issues don't grow on trees. Plus compensation may be weighted toward stock in the beginning (maybe not but it's a possibility). This a huge hire for all of us so they need to take time and get it right.
