Golfgod, a lot of time has passed. Can you tell us about your loan to Mr. Heddle. By now it should be painfully obvious to you that you're never going to get a dime of your money back nor any of the 5% interest you're owed.
How was your experience with Mr. Heddle. Did he make any representations to you about your loan? Your loan was even secured and it looks like Mr. Heddle sold the collateral right out from under you. Granted the property securing your loan likely had a negative value since it had a tank chock full of hazardous waste which would be costly to dispose, but still...
I think a lot of shareholders would love to get some closure and your story might help with that.
