I see no BP conspiracy here, because BP knows the financial state of CYDY.
It seems pretty clear (given the last information provided to us) that CYDY doesn't have a lot of money right now, so starting a new trial isn't the #1 priority when they cannot seem to finish what they have started in several other trials already and they need money to entice a CEO to take on a flagging company in fiscal crisis.
Sure, they could be completing a $100mm partnership or huge buyout, but until we have any information, last we heard, CYDY was not in a strong financial position. That is why I think long haulers is not a top priority right now.
