Was it someone calling the company's bluff who was holding a sizeable short interest in parent who profited by putting the parent in a corner in setting market price for IPO? Was the failure to put out financial reports purposeful to avoid dissemination of the insolvency condition of the company rather than to any "gag order" or investigation? If so, and if intentional, was that not fraudulent concealment? Why has there not been any public comment about any of the subsidiary initiatives that were generating revenue? What is the company about the Excellagen product? Is it still on market on by whom?

Were delays in website creation due to fact the company knew everything it would be disseminating about company initiatives would create legal exposure?
