That uplisting needs to be done because its bigger than most of us realize and is a special circumstance with the process, confidential SEC, confidential FINRA, OTC Markets, AND Nasdaq all have to know what UNVC is at that point. Or; he stated Nasdaq and he "has to" for his investors. Doesn't mean it's soon or a big bang.
That being said, I really do hope it's sooner than later with the BIGGER than we realize scenario-the one I lean to believe. But it's another way to interpret what he meant. Like I promised and Hyped it he HAS To get there as a mission for his shareholders.
