Footnote before leaving the card table: there is virtually no institutional card player represented and shorts with over 42 million leaning on the table is NOT a hand; the latter will be obliged to leave a handsome tip into the pot on their way out. Longs are not leaving the table at these levels; we are holding a royal flush and know it: NASH, Cancer, Covid19, HIV…I am making that last card a stand-in for the balance of the OHM20 list.
