Sorry, beg to differ with the "buy" portion of that statement. That common sense you propose using, seems to say, more likely than not, we will get news as soon as it is either "ripe" or "required" or both. Holding shares in any significant quantity, with average price per share, anywhere above $2 or more per share, could easily persuade a reasonable investor to add whatever quantity they can to take advantage of the initial bump we will get when that first news is reported (or leaked).

Unless we allow ourselves to be sold out for a pittance, we all stand to benefit from our patience.
