To me it looks like someone is trying hard to hold

To me it looks like someone is trying hard to hold it down here and doesn't want it to run, it seems to me someone is looking to load, maybe a group or something like that. I have seen tactics like this before, wondering if that is what is happening here, I would think that here soon we start to hear from the company and then I believe we should rocket north when that starts to happen.
