Why has PT not filed an 8K announcing details of the partnership agreement deal with Irmex? Shareholders are entitled to that information.
Last I looked, Mexus was still a publicly traded company, and an SEC filer. Maybe they need to be reminded of that by a regulatory agency.
From Feb 14th PR,
“ Mexus reached an agreement with Irmex mining company, a Mexican corporation. The partner company is making excellent progress at the property as they work to begin a drill program”
