The immediate horizon is a little foggy… what is coming first? New CEO? Possible BTDs for mTNBC and or Nash? Closer yet to BLA filing for Duel HIV? Possible partnership as some believe. Announcement of Audit of Amarex is either complete and findings will be PR’ed? Will Brazil Critical trial reach the completion or will interim results come in to play?
One thing is sure… we have a lot of expectations of information to be released sometime soon. As time goes on… the reality is showing unless their is a material event there will be no PR. Maybe that changes with a new CEO? Maybe it doesn’t?
New CEO is a material event. Maybe filing for BTD’s must not be a material event? Being granted one surely is. Are we on schedule for the Duel HIV BLA by end of 1st quarter? Would we hear that it is filed? Will we hear about audit of Amarex? Is it a material event?
Is it possible that a partnership is only valid if one of the approvals of EUA or BLA are possible or a BTD is accepted? Every idea has been brought to the table and talked about. We choose to believe what we want to believe. That much is always certain. News will set us straight eventually or will it? How much will we hear?
Maybe someone can clear up what is material events and have to be PR’ed? We know approvals are. Are FDA filings of any type material events? Is the results of the Amarex audit a material event or only a lawsuit to seek corrections to make us whole from results of the audit?
I am sure that I am not the only one wondering what news is material and what news we would normally hear is not material and we most likely not hear anything about it. At least until a CEO direction is real and established.
Anyone care to take the possibilities on and establish the material events and state which are not material events?
