Totally agree. I started posting red flag concerns about Joe back in late 2020. I don’t know why the board didn’t act on his incompetence or his behavior on this thread back then. Joe should have resigned or asked to resign back them but in those days, criticizing Joe was frowned upon by some members of this thread. I consider the board just as culpable as Joe and equally responsible for this implosion. Maybe they could throw some light on the subject…. Unless they too are under this mysterious gag order???? Or a NDA ??
