No bad guys?
So the FDA denying CYDY the two extra doses of Leron in CD 12 is fictitious. Without it we have Covid approval.
Then the FDA TWICE singling out CYDY for public flagellation/castration despite Leron being undeniably the most effective drug against critical Covid ever tested -- that's fictitious too. Without it our share price is much higher.
Amarex completely messing up the HIV BLA is fictitious. Without it we have HIV approval.
I'd even like to add the DSMC (which included the man who headed a Gilead trial of Remdesivir just weeks earilier) giving completely erroneous advice. With better advice (change the primary endpoint!) we have Covid approval.
It might not be a conspiracy. But these are not fictitious bad guys. These are real bad guys. What you are saying sounds true, but it really isn't.
