You are probably right. MM might be sitting on a few shares that he picked up in the low .005's recently and is going to let those shares go at .0063 or .0064.. In the case of those 10,000 shares it looks like he gave them to you at the .0063 price. Well the MM is supposed to add some stability to the PPS from time to time. And make a few bucks while doing so.
