Way back when I was a Shakespearean Actor with no health insurance, and suffered an extended respiratory followed by a gastrointestinal virus (likely the same virus manifesting in two different ways), I went out of pocket to a young doctor.
It was through him that I first learned that virus could have long lasting effects. He was most concerned with scarring in my bronchial tubes which I now recognize would have been caused by the immune response to my virus and not necessarily the virus itself.
With this in mind, I do not want to suffer other, more serious effects that virus may cause. SARs CoV 2 will have these after effects and we will know much about them. If SARS CoV 3 is even worse, then best to get ready now.
