Ok, according to Investopedia a 10-K is required 60 days after the end of the fiscal year. Obviously 60 days has passed so I’m assuming March 31 is the absolute last day possible to file the 10-k. I’m positive doc will wait until the absolute last minute (based on his track record). Does everyone agree and will we see anything that we don’t already know?
