Wrong again in that you state "My shares are worth zero because the CEO could not file as required". The SEC had suspended trading of QTMM for not having timely filed the annual and quarterly reports but determination of value has only been suspended until the new listing emerges at which time the market will determine the current value. You sell the company and Stephen Squires short BTW!
