As I have stated on the main $SFLM board here many times, OTCX always moves up when the ask is hit aggressively enough - particularly when there are large enough buys across asks.
We know this from observing trading patterns on $SFLM throughout 2021 - all the way to .02+.
Obviously institutional clients want as much as possible for their $50K investments.
They only sell topped up amounts at current asks when people fail to hit the ask aggressively enough - or on the bid if left too long.
