Resources for Living is a free program for all 950,000 U.S. employees, their families, and households that provides personalized and convenient mental health services.
The new program offers a variety of care options including free one-on-one counseling sessions, either in-person or via phone, video, or text.

Access to a self-paced app that offers computerized Cognitive Behavior Therapy, mindfulness resources, and personalized support for a broad range of mental health and wellness issues.
