Trips are here, at least according to the quote I see on TDA ($0.0003). (Doing the math, you can own this company for less than $37k.) Disappointing, to be sure, but unsurprising as well. Funny thing, unless every executive, and every member of the BoD were complicit with Joe in his management of the companies, I would have expected at least one of them to contact someone and "spill the beans" about what has happened. The fact that we have no communication from any of them is disturbing, and probably indicative of criminal behavior.
