Silent shareholders is exactly what Management is

Silent shareholders is exactly what Management is hoping for. It appears certain people may have been involved in fraud and or illegal trading activities. Shareholders own the company and should be updated of any current/past company dealings and remaining assets to evaluate if assets including IP clarification have been negotiated for personal benefit. Accountability has always been an issue and the results are clear ! I can't imagine "the China Conglomerate " would walk away if left in the dark .........
Unless silence is broken / valid explanation it appears deliberate illegal transactions and or misleading PR's were all calculated decisions. Joe's leadership and control of the BOD raises serious concerns .........legal consequences would be appropriate if proven to be correct !
