And his attempt to strong arm Ukraine to find dirt on Biden before releasing money for arms purchases was unconscionable and, as it turned out, worthy of an impeachment article..

US Senior Admin Official, in call with reporters, said in addition to disconnecting key Russian banks from SWIFT, the US & Europeans agreed to launch a mutlilateral transatlantic task force to identify, hunt down and seize the assets of sanctioned Russian officials & oligarchs,
as well as those of their families and enablers.

Russians have a very acute memory of the country's currency crisis in 1998 - and Putin has always presented his rule as the stable alternative to that kind of chaos. The ruble on Monday will change that.
