IMO it has been done purposely QUOTE: IMO this has been a sloppy amateur roll out of a website.
There could be a 100 different reason for why it's done this way, because at the bottom of every website the builder of it gets credit, on Univechealth.com there is no website designer given credit. I've checked every page.
And a fact is if he has hired a web designer their name would be at the bottom of first page.
