Very busy day for me today so unable to chime in on anything. But I did get a notice that the annual list had been filed and just now downloaded it. I don't see anybody new on it. Two notable things about it though.
1. They didn't add that board member that they talked about adding if they got the FINRA approval. Don't know if that means anything. They can always add later as amended lists are commonly filed.
2. They filed it. It's a required document to maintain their good standing with Nevada.
So not only did we get the Supplemental disclosure document a couple days ago, we got this filed on time (3 days early). These people aren't going anywhere and the selling remains inexplicable to me.
I think people, myself included, were looking forward to the FINRA name and ticker change as a big catalyst to move us forward. It surely would have been, especially if it had happened when we were trading around 02. But it didn't happen, and the good news is we still have the same company that we bought into this for. Everything else is the same. Pangbo is still great and they are moving forward as clearly evidenced this week.
