On iHub there is still a group of scammers trying to make out that the CEO never stated that he didn't see the need for a reverse split.
Just because I don't choose to waste my time answering their continual trolling posts, they seem to think it was never stated officially.
The following posters are getting very close to being considered for reports to the SEC, the Company Attorney and to internet defamation attorneys:
- DD-214
- JP313
- Werbe
- imgoingfishing1
Long-term followers here will recall that the CEO stated this in the official PR dated October 12, 2020:
"I see no reason to apply to FINRA for a reverse stock split. We still have a very tight public float and a loyal shareholder base."

Every line entry in the Backstory Section is taken from official statements by the company and built up over time - from a combination of PRs, videos, and company presentations.
Not all videos are still available as some of the earlier ones were hosted temporarily on Google with a link only on Twitter.
Later, after $SFLM got specialist PR assistance, they have been hosted on either Vimeo or You Tube linked via PR.
