IHUB post for today. It should be ok as there has only been one post deleted since seaside2 got the ol boot. What a nice change. Anyway here's the post in case it gets deleted. It's a pretty short post. lol I was half asleep when I put it together so if it sounds as though I was repeating myself I was probably repeating myself I was probably repeating myself. lol that one was on purpose. Besides there are a couple of guys over there that can benefit from some of the key topics being repeated several times so I just let the rough draft fly in it's not so much edited version.

$$$EGOC$$$ Interesting things going wouldn't you all agree?

I read a lot of the comments concerning that Notice of Material Event that was put out by EGOC yesterday. I have to say some pleasant and some not so pleasant. Some have nothing to do with what is going on like saying the chinese government is blocking EGOC or everything that we were told has been wrong. I kind of had to sit back a bit and wonder if some here are even talking about the same EGOC stock and if they even read my opinions over the course of the last month or so. I don't sit on the board of directors of EGOC so I don't have a say in how or what they do but I do have my own opinions of what I think is going to happen. That's all they are. My opinions. I try to make that clear in every post. I don't think my opinions have been wrong but everyone is entitled to their own opinions for sure!

I "believe" that EGOC acted appropriately by withdrawing their application, my only complaint is they should have done it sooner. I said this in previous posts about 2 to 3 weeks back. The delays going on at FINRA are insane. In this latest "Notice Of Material Event" they mentioned two deciding factors. One was addressing the long delays and the other had something to do with some preferred shares not being returned to the transfer agent when someone was ordered to do so. Paraphrasing of course. Now then I could see that they would be able to remedy this hurdle by going through the Florida Courts and filing some sort of request for the courts to force the hand of said persons failure to deliver on a court ordered process and that would take time, heck it could take months as back logged as the system is these days but it would get done and if it couldn't get done then the court would issue it's reasons why that would be impossible and FINRA would be content with the legal process and allow the name change and ticker change to occur. BAM. So in my OPINION when EGOC says in their notice yesterday that they are moving forward with the original ticker and name and moving forward with their company plans this is big and great news. They are not throwing in the towel. If they were they wouldn't have bothered with that notice yesterday. I believe they will move forward with the roll out and they will quietly work on overcoming that hick up or hurdle now that they know exactly what needs to happen to get the new name and ticker changed. It's not a crisis, the sky is not falling, no reason to self implode or explode it's just a hick up along the road. I believe EGOC will have a board meeting if they haven't already and vote on the precise course of action as I don't think they want to operate under the EGOC name and ticker and they are determined to have the Yicheng Name proudly out in front. It will get done in my opinion but not as fast as they or we would like it to happen. These things happen and it seems to have been something out of the control of the new company. Heck they may even vote on a new registration approach where they get the new name and ticker along with becoming an SEC filing company.

The "moving forward" part as stated in the filing is just that. They are moving forward with the company plans. I expect press releases, filings, information "TO THE MAX" (anyone remember that line?) to be headed our way. Just my opinions but really folks there isn't anything in these events that bother me in the least. Well, that's not entirely true. I would say that I was a bit bothered by some persons reactions.. some were ,,, well,,, a bit silly.

So stay tuned, don't freak out, take your meds or what ever gets you through the day, don't have a total nervous breakdown, don't blame the chinese government for somehow blocking... (that one really cracked me up) it's all good as EGOC is getting ready to roll out the goods and for at least a while we wont be seeing the much desired Yicheng name attached to our new company but it will happen eventually! Mark my words or rather mark my opinions!Breathe in Breathe out breathe in Breathe out.. JMO Oh I should also mention that I am looking at buying a bunch more shares if anyone wants to sell. Let me know when you have totally snapped and are off your meds so I can be first in line for dem cheapies. Have a good one! Don't forget this is my only post today!
