My first reaction to D.F. Welch's onboarding was to look at my 13D list...thankfully he wasn't on it. My second was to dig into the man's history...White Knight material with a war chest to boot. He's waiting just like us...to see which way the wind is blowing. As I mentioned before... I hope the name... isn't just a name...but, a mandate.
