My "final" (as brief as possible)

My "final" (as brief as possible) thoughts/guesses/opinions/intentions for now:

1) I still believe the silence from GNBT and NGIO is due to SEC involvement. I do not know (or frankly care) if this is from some sort of official "gag order" or just Joe's desire to heed SEC warnings to avoid putting himself in personal jeopardy. I tend to believe the latter, but it really doesn't matter because here we are.

2) I believe the lack of increase in shares outstanding is simply evidence that there is no activity in these companies. I believe the companies are effectively fully dormant and therefore are not incurring any expenses that would require fundraising beyond what Joe did before going dormant.

3) The lack of 10K and 10Q filings is further evidence of my point #2. I do not expect to see any filings unless and until Joe is able to make some sort of significant progress behind the scenes. This might include getting some sort of foreign support that would bring vaccine testing back to life (I believe there is no such testing going on), the sale of assets or companies (would Krilac try to buy back his former product/company?), "clearance" from the SEC that allows Joe to hit the restart button, etc.

4) I believe Joe is pretty much "on his own" as far as heavy hitters in the companies. I think the cause of this stems from Joe's demeanor when things do not go well. A number of now-former Directors and big players have indicated they did not support the way Joe was proceeding and that they did not feel they were part of the decision-making and information-sharing processes. They grew tired of banging their heads for what they felt was a cause they had little control over, and they left. I suspect Joe and Todd might be our "team" for now.

5) Joe is many things, but he is not a quitter. So while I do believe Joe is pursuing other avenues, I also believe he is still working very hard to do anything he thinks might bring his "baby" back to life.

6) Joe's trip to Dubai is interesting. My first thought was that it was connected to some of Joe's posts on social media about crypto. However, some of the names that showed up associated with the trip have also made appearances tangentially with some of these social media topics. Possible evidence of #5.

7) I have actually received a sense of relief from the SP dropping to virtually nothing. Although I have lost a significant amount of money, these investments can no longer hurt me a great deal. The band-aid has been fully ripped off, and I no longer need to see my daily brokerage and retirement account balances whipsawed by moves in GNBT.

8) With the SP in the tank and most of us unable to trade GNBT, any real progress will be highly visible to us. The share price will have to move in a radically significant manner for anyone to pull in enough shares to make it worth their time. And if we see new filings from the company(ies), that will give us new info to make new judgement on.

All of which culminates in my final point for now...

9) I have not only lost a significant amount of money on GNBT, but I have spent an enormous amount of time keeping up with all of the Ks and Qs, other filings, IH and social posts, phone calls and emails, etc. My time is as valuable to me and to my family as is my money.

Therefore I am considering this investment to be, as I said earlier, fully dormant until evidence is clearly presented otherwise. And I hereby fully cede this board to the (in my opinion) predominantly ridiculous and inane and (factually) largely obnoxious and repetitive posts of the past couple of months.

I will check in periodically (weekly? monthly?) and catch up on the few posts by the few posters that I believe are still trying in earnest to discuss relevant and new topics.

In the meantime, those of you that qualify for that last point, please feel free to PM me. Or, if you'd like to communicate in a more timely manner, many of you have the ability to email or text me. I'll also be checking the FoGaN FB page.

I hope everyone has a great end to their winter (or summer to those friends in the Southen hemisphere... I myself am heading out for a family ski weekend!) and a fantastic spring! See you back here when there is something worth discussing!
