The company is being managed by lawyers at the moment. the president/CFO is just a figurehead taking direction from the legal folks, in my opinion. i still believe a controlled CC focused only on the developments around LL and not the legal issues/partner potential should be had. Management can set the ground rules for q and a. But i don't believe it will happen because the lawyers have shut down any form of communication at the moment, not taking into account shareholder concerns. The latest flap with the FDA letter just re-enforces my thought process here. So dont expect anything soon(like weeks of silence) other than SEC filings etc. no updates on Topline NASH, HIV BLA, nor BTD for cancer..cricketts
