We’ve been in the process of selling our company since October 2021 and am coming to a close by the end of March if all goes well. We are under 50 million , private and a straight forward sale. I would venture if there are extenuating situations as in cytodyn, as far as the different indications, it would be a longer process. Unfortunately I don’t know the process a bio company has to go through but know 3-4 months is short as far as a sale because of international distribution, sales force forecasting, manufacturing, distribution rights etc …lots to figure out with something that has so many indications. Just think of the different sales forces needed alone. It’s mind bending. I’m hoping for a collaboration/ partnership and royalties that can pay for the rest of the research in place of a sale.
