Well, I just know they faced backlash in Europe as they allowed plenty of unregulated, counterfeit or basically illegal stuff to be sold on their platform.
I do not know if VERB will potentially be facing similar challenges with Market as they are not necessarily themselves the distributor. I sure hope they take that into account and try to create good experience for everyone involved
