It take a a day for search engines to index a www Not going to deep technically HTTP is protocol so a web browser knows to decode it. WWW. is telling DNS to add the record and sed the updates to other DNS server. 2 days agoUNVC health was not showing google because like I said the site was not indexed by a web spiders yet. Now it is .I not a web developer but worked worked for a huge internet provider for 8 years
