I've got a wonderful stock holding of 4200 shares

I've got a wonderful stock holding of 4200 shares of a company identified by my broker is sitting in my account for over a year as #137648101 that was promised as a dividend award on issue date that apparently was supposed to be given a real name and assigned a value in due course but is clearly worthless. How this dividend distribution that was supposed to be a liquid award has completely evaporated says volumes.
