Thanks for pointing that out. We know Amazon, Ebay, Etsy and some others are true market places, many times representing small and medium businesses. Amazon has live shoppable streaming and now we know Ebay does also. I didn't see that Etsy does yet.

This is why it's important for Shopify, who also represents small and medium businesses, to have a viable option for their customers. Shopify customers will be able to signup for live streaming on Market or have videos on their own website.

An example is Kovo, that we see in the preview Market videos.

Their website here is built on Shopify so easy for them to sell on Market

https://kovoessentials.com/

Also when I was looking around last night I saw their product are sold on Nordstrom, Bloomingdales, CVS and other retailers.

Now thing about this. I could be a big brand like Bloomingdales and watch other companies sell the products in MY stores

Or

I could have a place on Market and invite companies who product I sell at the store and online to present under my umbrella.

No brainer what I would choose if I am Nordstrom, Bloomingdales, Macy's etc.

Either way Verb wins as the big brands will need to show up in my opinion

Now if Shopify ever PRs this partnership, it's too the moon, but I am fine either way.
