An estimated 400 police, fire, medical crews, and volunteers guided vaccine recipients through 16 lanes at an astonishing rate of 1,000 per hour, getting most of them in and out of the drive through site within 30 minutes. This required the coordination of complex traffic directions, patient check-ins, medical screening, inoculation, medical observations, and ensuring personnel were present where and whenever needed.
