Again, there is a very clear misconception on your side.
We, the shareholders, DO NOT SEE ANYTHING about what is going on within the company. So your interpretation of the non-information we "receive" as "they are not doing anything", in my view is very likely WRONG!!
It is like the behaviour of little childern, who play "hide and seek" for the first time. In such cases you can regularly see, that these little ones just put their hands in front of their faces, assuming "if I cannot see anyone (due to the fact that I have blindfolfded myself), nobody else can see me!"
Same here, you don't see what is going on, and as long as you don't see it, IT DOES NOT EXIST! *shaking my head*
