Doctors should be allowed to prescribe what they want. That's considered off label use and well within their rights to do so. It's then up to the individual doctors not to be dumbasses and prescribe something that's dangerous and/or doesn't work. I visited a lot of doctors in my time in the pharma industry and there are many I wouldn't trust with a loved one. It's unfortunate, but doctors are just as capable of being ill-informed and shitty at their job as a janitor could be.
Let them prescribe what they want. It's natural selection.
I spend a lot of time in SC and during my last visit (last week) for something unrelated to Covid-19, I was told that covid isn't real and that ivermectin and HQ worked wonderfully on a woman's husband who had to be hospitalized FIVE times. But no, covid isn't real, and yes, should it be real, you just need your Iv and Hq and you'll be fine. Go Cocks/Roll Tide.
