Sorry for late post but I am also very busy working on a new business venture.
I got to personally also talk to their mechanic who was changing over conversion parts on the can filler to go from one size product to another. At Anheuser Busch, this task also usually takes us a full 24hrs as everything on the line from start to finish has to be converted.
As for as our Q & A session went, we were shown all the different co-packing products that they have produced to keep them busy. Some were temporary and some will be repetitive but the hand sanitizer was just short term as is the rise and fall of covid. I don't think I will get in trouble in saying that the Sanitizer is no longer a viable product.
At this date and time, what I gathered from the talks is that they do have future growth with current and future production. The main hold up on some production is the current nation wide shipping issues with getting raw materials in a timely manner. What we don't really discuss on this board is that they(The Co.) are also blending the formulas to make each product. Besides the cans, the lids for the cans, there is also large quantities of the ingredients such as sugar, cbd, and flavors. Believe it or not, one of their allotted suppliers is having trouble getting sugar to ship them. We're talking 50lb sacks on pallets!
But that scenario is just for CBD Life. I was told that for other co-packing products that they are going to have to bring in a large stainless storage tank for the customer supplied product(several thousand gallons). Along with this and other raw material storage they have just committed to more warehouse space that is directly adjacent to the current facility.
That being said, they were close to their vest about divulging any future information about specifics because of SEC type rules and NDA's. But were told that current Financials should be out soon and they plan on getting current on everything before middle of this year. Hope I worded this right where some of you can start to feel a little more comfortable knowing that this shouldn't drag on too much longer. (In my opinion)!
And YES ..... We were told that the original Legacy drinks are still on the table(and physically there were legacy drinks on our table) and could be revived within the next year.
I'm not a very good writer so this is all I've got for now, but maybe kerristl or sweetpea73 can add some more comments of their personal views later.
