This post is in response to GetseriousOK's statement quoted below in post #285793 on IHUB which is totally false as verified per the linked reference. Quarterly report shows 25 billion Authorized shares still available and NOT yet converted to outstanding shares. Seems to me there is MORE than enough stock in AS to accommodate the measly 306 million shares to be converted. The link also shows that there has been very minimal to no dilution (increase in OS).
