Remember that these letters have to go thru a clearance process. So it is very possible that the letter was begun and drafted more than one month ago. The complaint and research would have originated prior to that. It is also possible that SA had received a heads-up, because we all know the reputation of DC as a leaky faucet. So it is possible that the FDA letter influenced the termination of Nader. Possible but not certain. I do completely agree that this is not the reason for the silence out of new management. So like everyone else, I am anxious to know the underlying reasons for crickets.
