EGOC: Could EGOC have been a target of “OTC Microcap Terrorism” in the very recent past and could this Microcap Terrorism be ongoing to this very day ? When I say recent past I mean in the last few weeks and definitely not referring to the old EGOC prior to the reverse merger.
In order to answer that question about EGOC we would first need to know just what is OTC Microcap Terrorism and what are the tell tail signs that an OTC stock such as EGOC is or has been a victim of Microcap Terrorism Attacks. OTC stocks (like EGOC) can make easy targets for Microcap Terrorism. Because EGOC has been using the Alternative Reporting method where it isn't quite as stringent as other reporting methods it further opens the door to false claims and attacks on the company. Compound that with the obvious process of the reverse merger and you have a perfect storm subject to all kinds of possible Microcap Terrorism activities. It is my hope that EGOC will go with more stringent and audited filings going forward which will hinder or thwart that aspect of what the Microcap Terrorists like to do.
I came across some very good articles that were put up by “100MPH” about “Microcap Terrorism” so rather than me trying to explain all of it I will just post a link to his articles. Really good stuff! That link will be provided at the bottom of this post!
On a positive note EGOC is in the process of a name change and ticker symbol change and from what I understand that process through FINRA is a very detailed thing. Part of what they do is make sure all of the shares are accounted for and phantom shares shorts are dealt with along with shorts need to cover and all is cleaned up entirely. This makes sure everything is perfect with the shares and a clean start is proven to be the case under the new name and new ticker. This is a good thing for everyone! (except maybe a handful of folks lol) If there was any shady goings on I am reasonably sure EGOC would not be going down this road of having the name changed and ticker symbol changed. This is great news for EGOC share holders that they quickly applied to FINRA for these changes!
I might add that there are some things that can be done to help quell or defend against such Microcap Terrorist attacks and one such thing would be to notify the officers of the targeted OTC company immediately so that they might take appropriate actions to stop said Microcap Terrorist attacks on their companies stock! In this particular case it would be to notify EGOC of Microcap Terrorist activities. More often than not they may not be aware that these attacks are ongoing and they will very likely be grateful to hear from you and also they will likely take the appropriate actions. This may be even more important and true given that our EGOC appears to be owned and operated out of China.. And then there is the next step that would entail notifying regulatory bodies and of course the department of justice if that need should arise.
So you see there are some things that can be done to defend against these Microcap Terrorist attacks and the first thing is to let the company know about such activities so that they can deal with it as needed! Regardless of weather or not Microcap Terrorist attacks are either ongoing or have happened to EGOC I am very confident given my research and others research that EGOC soon to be ECEN will overcome and prosper along with all of the EGOC share holders this year and beyond It's going to be an awesome ride up as soon as updates happen concerning the name/ticker change along with what should be following that update .. Lots of news and information should roll out!

Here is that link to some great articles about OTC Microcap Terrorism. Weather EGOC is under attack by a large organization or something less than that it could be argued that EGOC may still be attacked using the same weaponry and methods described in the following link.. After reading those articles it would be nice to hear your thoughts concerning weather or not EGOC has been a victim and/or is continuing to be victimized by OTC Microcap Terrorist activities either on a large or small scale. I look forward to hearing back from all of you here and elsewhere!
Also for those that saw that list of EGOC board members or directors .. That list was filed on 7/6/2021 and the EGOC press release that was adding new board members and adding Liu Yicheng as the chairman was after that filing. In fact Liu Yicheng started his Chairman position on 7/13/21 so for some to think that the official press release is a lie and that Liu Yicheng is not the chairman is just silly. He is the chairman of Pangbo group and the founder of Pangbo Group in 2016 and Liu Yicheng is/was the chairman of Pangbo groups subsidiary that bought EGOC back in May as Shanghai Yicheng Community Culture and on the 13th of July 2021 Liu Yicheng then proudly started his chairmanship for EGOC. Dates matter when you look up all of the players involved. Here is that press release. It's so hard to squeeze everything into one post. Sorry about the length of this!
