Seaside2 posts EGOC list of board members dated 7/7/2021
Here is an official EGOC press release showing the addition of the Pangbo Group founder and chairman Liu Yicheng who is/was also the chairman of Shanghai Yicheng community Culture (pangbo Groups subsidiary that bought the controlling interest of EGOC Last May) and is now officially the new Chairman of the board of EGOC with an effective start date of 7/13/2021.
Why did Seaside2 not mention the addition of Liu Yicheng and instead just shows the previous or last filings of 7/7/2021.. Just a little on the deceptive side I would say.. when trying to imply something dates do matter. LOL feel free to repost this post on IHUB. Maybe it won't get deleted because it is 100 percent authentic and true and not off topic!
