November 2018 Amtron guarantee the bank financing of the Amtronic CC's project to completion of a Quantum Dot manufacturing and research center with their partner Quantum Material Corp.

January 27. 2022 the head of Amtronic CC and head of the Quantum Dot manufacturing and research center project confirm the intent even after several delays is to complete the project.

Your questions answered

Why haven't we seen a contract with AMTRON, because the agreement QMC has is with Amtronic CC not Amtron
Quote:
"THIS LICENSE AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made as of 19 November, 2018 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Quantum Materials Corporation, a Nevada corporation (the “Licensor”), and Amtronics CC, a limited liability company (the “Licensee”)."

The purchase of the 2 generators was with Amtronic CC not Amtron, Section 4.2 Purchase of Equipment. (a) Reactors. The Licensee shall purchase two (2) production reactors used for the production of Licensed Products for an aggregate purchase price of ${**Confidential Treatment Requested}, payable as follows:

Amtronic CC is funding the project Section 2.1 General. In connection with the establishment of a nanoscale semiconductor crystal manufacturing facility in Guwahati, the State of Assam, Republic of India, the Licensee shall devote Commercially Reasonable Efforts to Commercialize, Develop and Manufacture the Licensed Products in the above describe field of use and territory(s).

Amtron is guaranteeing Amtronic CC's project not Quantum Material corp's

WHEREAS, Assam Electronics Development Corporation Ltd., Amtronics CC, Mega Consortium Limited and the Licensor are parties to that certain Memorandum of Understanding – Nano-India (ASSAM), dated as of October 25, 2017 (the “MOU”).

WHEREAS, Amtronics CC, with certain other parties, formed the Licensee to, among other things, facilitate the transactions contemplated by the MOU.

And as far as "show you the money" in the 10q, For the quarterly period ended December 31, 2019.

Contract Liabilities

The Company issued advanced billings to Amtronics India LLC related to its exclusive license and development agreement related to the production of quantum dots in Assam, India (“License Agreement”), which have been recorded as contract liabilities on the condensed consolidated balance sheets and will be recognized as revenue in accordance with ASU 2014-09 Revenue from Contracts with Customers (Topic 606) once the performance obligations are satisfied. As of December 31, 2019, and June 30, 2019 contract liabilities were $1,197,973 and $500,000, respectively. The current liability represents the next twelve months’ portion of the license fees revenue. For each of the period ended December 31, 2019 and 2018, no revenue was recorded related to the License Agreement.

Just because Amtron and Amtronic CC have a deal between themselves and that Amtron is letting Amtronic CC take the lead in the Quantum Material Corp licensing agreement doesn't mean that Quantum Material Corp shareholders have the right to know what Amtron deal is.

Who knows what went into the Amtron and Amtronic CC agreement when they formed the join venture Qamronics India PVT.

"Amtronics will use Quantum’s technology to develop, manufacture and commercialize of quantum dots through joint venture Qamronics India, formed by Amtronics and the state-owned Assam Electronics Development Corp Ltd".

and to show what role Amtron plays in this scenario

QMC bags fresh Amtronics order for solar cell production equipment
(26 Jul 2019)

U.S.-based Quantum Materials Corp (QMC)—a cadmium-free quantum-dot and nanomaterials manufacturer—has received an additional $500k equipment order from construction and electronics business Amtronics to support quantum-dot based solar cellprinting through joint venture Qamronics India. The equipment order is scheduled for delivery during the fourth quarter of this year.

Formed by Amtronics and the state-owned Assam Electronics Development Corp Ltd (Amtron), the Qamronics quantum-dot development/production facility is part of the Tech City project in Assam, which is currently under construction with a target completion date of November 2019.

In June, QMC had won Amtronics order totaling $1 million for two high-volume quantum-dot production systems. The order was secured with a letter of credit issued by Amtron.

“The two systems are already in transit for delivery to the Assam facility,” according to a press statement by QMC.

“The shipment of these two units clears the payment obligation for the first $700,000 of the sale amount, which is being satisfied by a Letter of Credit established by Amtron to fund this project. Once the equipment have been installed, an additional $150,000 will be eligible for transfer to Quantum Materials Corp., with the final $150,000 eligible for payment to Quantum Materials once the units have been certified for production at the facility”—added the press statement.

QMC CEO Stephen B. Squires commented, “Our team is doing a fantastic job of manufacturing and delivering the highly specialized quantum-dot production equipment required to fulfill our licensees’ specifications for this forward-thinking project. It is very exciting to see the project footprint increase from 20,000 to 75,000 sq. ft, enabling us to expand our mission of developing infrastructure to support roll-to-roll printing of next-generation quantum-dot based thin-film solar cells.”

In addition to thin-film solar cells, the Assam factory will also develop flat panel displays and solid-state LED lighting.

Amtronics India CEO Dr Tony Balchin added, “Due to the substantial increase in size of the facility, we are now including a multi-story quantum-dot laboratory and factory complex incorporating the latest engineering and environmental technologies. Design work is nearly completed and we have appointed a local architectural/engineering company as the ‘Architect of Record’ to prepare conceptual designs as well as execute detailed engineering plans of the project in accordance with all local regulations and building codes.”

Amtronics India CEO Dr Tony Balchin via e-mail, January 27, 2022 stated "Yes, it is our intention to complete the facility despite the setbacks we have experienced."
