November they announced the 2020 filings were audited and completed. It's been about 3 months, so I suspect the 2021 and 2022 filings will be done soon or late 1st quarter this year.
With filing and registering, I doubt we'll start trading again until late 2nd quarter/early 3rd quarter this year.
Only silver lining is that they continue developments and actually have something of value by then to boost the SP if/when they do trade.
That's of course, if things actually go accordingly to plan. With the company's history though, my hopes aren't very high.
